Insulated Glass is basically sandwich of twin layers of Glass sheets with air gap in middle created using an aluminium spacer profile which keeps the two glass layers at required gap of 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 18mm as per the requirement of the user to create the required amount of heat insulation between the interior and exterior of a building. It can also be three layers of Glass incase higher insulation factor is required in either very hot or very cold climate. Glass may be toughened or non toughened depending on the strength required.
